KLUB 11 Members Exclusive Parking Privileges

 

Privilege 1 - Complimentary Parking Privileges

KLUB 11 Members in designated KLUB 11 Membership tiers are entitled to complimentary parking hours at K11 MUSEA, available once per member per day^*:

^*Privilege is limited to one redemption per day (From 00:00-23:59)
^*Privilege will be automatically applied upon the first entry into the car park each day once the Licence Plate and Entry Card details have been successfully linked via the “K11 HK” Mobile App​

 

Privilege 2 - Parking Privileges with Spend

KLUB 11 Members can enjoy parking privileges at K11 MUSEA upon qualified personal spending at K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall.

Privilege 3 - Designated Merchant Parking Privileges^{^}

KLUB 11 Members can enjoy a designated hour(s) of complimentary parking at K11 MUSEA by presenting the following:

Privilege 4 - New Member Parking Privileges

New KLUB 11 General Members who registered the membership via 'K11 HK' Mobile App, Official WeChat mini program, or at the Concierge (B1, K11 MUSEA) could redeem an extra 1-hour complimentary parking at the Concierge (B1, K11 MUSEA) on the day of his/her membership registration upon redemption of the Parking Privileges with Spend (Privilege 2).

 

This privilege is applicable only when used in conjunction with Privilege 2 and cannot be redeemed or used on a standalone basis.

 

Parking Privileges Redemption

a. Self-Service Redemption via 'K11 HK' Mobile App

• Each KLUB 11 Member may complete their registration at any time by selecting [Parking > Redeem Free Parking] in the “K11 HK” Mobile App.
• The redemption amount and used coupon cannot be reverted once confirmed.
• A tick icon will be displayed upon successful redemption. You may view the redemption record under [Redemption History] for more details after registration of parking redemption​

b. B1, Concierge, K11 MUSEA

• The Registration of Parking Privileges with Spend, Designated Merchant Parking Privileges and New Member Parking Privileges shall take place from 10AM to 10PM at the Concierge on B1 of K11 MUSEA.

 

Remarks:

• Fees of EV chargers are excluded from all Parking Privileges.
• A KLUB 11 Member whose parking duration exceeds the time limit of the applicable Parking Privileges shall pay the regular parking fee: (a) Mondays to Thursday (except Public Holidays): HK$30/hour; (b) Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays: HK$41/hour.
